By accessing or using ToolsWish (the "Site") and its tools you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. The service
The Site provides free, browser-based tools for converting, styling, encoding, cleaning, counting and generating text, performing calculations, and processing images and PDF files. The tools run on your device. We may add, change, suspend or remove tools at any time without notice.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the tools for any lawful personal or commercial purpose. You must not: attempt to disrupt or overload the Site; copy, scrape or redistribute the Site or its tools at scale; use the tools to create content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes the rights of others; or misrepresent the Site's output as professional advice. You are responsible for the content you process and for how you use the results.
4. Intellectual property
The Site's design, code, text and branding are owned by ToolsWish or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. Open-source libraries used by the tools remain under their own licences. You may link to any page. The output you create with the tools is yours; we claim no rights in it.
5. Advertising and third-party content
The Site is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. Advertisements are provided by third parties and we do not endorse the products or services shown. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.
6. No warranty
The Site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Calculators and converters are provided for general information and are not financial, medical, legal or tax advice. Always verify important results before relying on them. See the Disclaimer.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolsWish and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profit or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its tools, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
